Sarah is a dedicated and compassionate temporary licensed therapist with a diverse background in working with individuals across different age groups. Sarah graduated from Iowa State University in 2020 with her B.S. in Child, Adult, and Family Services and has recently graduated from Grand View University with her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a strong focus on trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues, Sarah strives to provide effective support and guidance to clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth. While utilizing a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and client-centered approaches, Sarah is committed to tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. In her free time, Sarah enjoys taking her dog, Sophie, on walks, biking, reading books, and, most importantly, cheering on the Cyclones.
