Elisabeth Jeffords

PA-C

Elisabeth Jeffords brings over two decades of clinical experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. She's drawn to a collaborative approach and shared focus on supporting both patients and providers.

Elisabeth approaches care with a whole-person perspective, recognizing that mental and physical health are closely connected. She takes time to listen, understand each patient’s unique experience, and build meaningful, trusting relationships. Her goal is to create a space where patients feel supported, respected, and actively involved in their care.

Her background spans multiple areas of internal medicine, including geriatrics, cardiology, urgent care, and orthopaedics. This breadth of experience informs a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to care and helps her meet patients where they are — whether they’re navigating complex health concerns or working toward overall wellness.

Elisabeth finds the most fulfillment in helping patients improve their quality of life in ways that extend beyond symptoms or diagnoses. She is passionate about encouraging patients as they work toward their personal goals and building a foundation for long-term well-being.

Outside of her work, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, their four children, and their two rescued Great Pyrenees dogs. Her love of animals has inspired an interest in fostering and rescue. She also enjoys reading and watching football, especially cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Buffalo Bills.
