Dr. Miranda Engeldinger is a doctorly prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, born and raised in the heart of Iowa. She provides mental health services to patients of all ages and backgrounds, honoring what makes them unique and walking alongside them to find the treatment that best belongs in their current season of life. Dr. Engeldinger has spent her career working closely with children, teens, and adults in the peak of a mental health crisis. She uses this experience to support those currently in crisis and to prevent crisis before it arises. Along with her passion for psychiatry, Dr. Engeldinger is interested in providing care that is sensitive to trauma one may have encountered. In her work over the last several years directly with survivors of sexual assault, she has gained a deep understanding of the impact trauma has both physically and mentally on those it effects. 

Regardless of where the mental health journey begins, Dr. Engeldinger takes great pride in offering patients a space that is open, accepting and aims to restore hope.
