Kirsten is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who completed her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as in Community Counseling, at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. Kirsten has a background in working with all age groups, providing individual, couple, and family therapy. She enjoys focusing on adolescent and adult counseling. Kirsten utilizes multiple modes of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Multidimensional Family Therapy. In addition, Kirsten has experience working as a Chemical Dependency Counselor.
Outside of work, Kirsten loves spending time with her family, supporting her kids in activities, traveling, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and the North Dakota State Bison football team.
