Kaitlyn is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals. She earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Buena Vista University in 2026 and has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families.

Kaitlyn recently earned her temporary license as a Mental Health Therapist and has been working with individuals, families, children, and adolescents in a mental health capacity for the last year, along with fifteen-plus years working with individuals and families as a social worker. During this time, she has received training in trauma-informed care and LGBTQ support.

Kaitlyn utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has experience supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship concerns, LGBTQ support, substance use and behavioral challenges. Kaitlyn has an in-depth history working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma. Kaitlyn’s goal is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Outside of the office, Kaitlyn enjoys being outdoors and watching her children participate in activities and sports. Kaitlyn enjoys cooking, binge-watching documentaries, reading books, and spending time with family and friends.
