Emotional Support Group Therapy
At Walnut Creek Psychiatry, we believe that a safe and therapeutic environment empowers the development of confidence, identity, and strength and assists in learning, growth, and healing.
Group therapy is essential for navigating various challenges, and research studies show that group therapy can be as effective as individual therapy. Shared experiences and support create powerful learning environments.
The purpose of our Emotional Support Group Therapy is to focus on emotional regulation and improve mental wellness through camaraderie and feedback in a small group setting.
